Every fence we install comes with a 6-month workmanship warranty from the date of completion.
If the fence is damaged or breaks, we cover the repair, subject to assessment and the exclusions below.
We contribute up to a maximum of $500 toward repair costs, subject to assessment and the exclusions below.
The warranty applies to our workmanship and installation. It runs for 6 months from the date the fence is completed.

We’ll arrange a time to inspect it. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and assessment by MBBS Fencing & Landscaping. Any costs you incur in making a claim are your responsibility.

This warranty does not guarantee against damage caused by circumstances outside our control. All other terms and conditions of the quotation and contract apply.
The benefits given by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under law in relation to the goods and services.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
